El Habita pertenece a esa nueva generación de hoteles futuristas que desprecian lo convencional. El diseño es una moderada interacción de curvas, rectas, y perspectivas angulares, luces y sombras y medios de contraste. La elección de los colores tampoco es fortuita. El Habita, cubierto de cristal esmerilado, flota sobre un arbolado bulevar de Polanco, un barrio lleno de boutiques chic, restaurantes de moda y museos. Pero no estamos hablando de una reforma total: el confort y la hospitalidad del centro tienen ya una larga tradición. Se trata de un hotel de lujo en toda regla, con 36 habitaciones y suites que cuentan con todos los servicios modernos. Por otro lado, el Restaurante Aura destaca por su cocina contemporánea.
El hotel también dispone de un centro de spa que incluye una piscina climatizada exterior, jacuzzi y solarium, y cuenta con un centro de negocios. El Bar y la Terraza de la azotea, con su tarima de madera de secouya, es el lugar idóneo para relajarse y, tal vez, reflexionar sobre si forma parte de la obra de arte que es Habita, o sencillamente es un admirador.
